When escorts needed
**Two escort vehicles, with one positioned in front and another positioned behind the oversize vehicle, are mandated when preceding sections independently specify the need for one escort vehicle in the front and one in the rear under various circumstances.
**Vehicles and loads exceeding weight limits or measuring twelve (12) feet or less in width, which are unable to travel smoothly with the traffic flow, may need to comply with escort requirements.
